1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low will cross southern quebec tonight
while its associated cold front will cross the lake. a 30.4 inch 
high will build across the upper great lakes friday before 
settling across the lower great lakes saturday. this high will 
slowly slide east of the lake sunday. a warm front from a 29.5 
inch low over the upper mississippi valley will track across the 
lake late sunday into monday. a 29.2 inch low will be found over
the upper great lakes on tuesday.
