waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a ridge averaging 30.20 inches affects lake erie as the parent 
high pressure center moves from near hudson bay to near maine by 
daybreak sunday. a warm front will drift northward across lake 
erie saturday night into sunday morning as high pressure remains
to the east through tuesday. a cold front moves into the central
great lakes on tuesday.
