.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high will build southeast from central
ontario this afternoon to new england by tomorrow night, then off
the new england coast sunday. broad low pressure averaging 29.8
inches will then push across the upper great lakes and into quebec
monday and tuesday...while pushing a weak cold frontal boundary into
the lower lakes region.
